The porject comprises the construction of 400,000-kilowatt wind power base of Jinta Haoyang of Ouhao Group, located in Beishan area of ??Xiba Town, Jinta County, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province, China. The total investment of Ouhao Group is $364.2m or 2.6 billion yuan. The construction work started on August 22nd, 2024 and is expected to be fully connected to the grid by the end of September 2025. After the project is completed, it can deliver about 1.2 billion kW·h of clean energy electricity per year as green energy, which is equivalent to saving about 393,600 tons of standard coal per year and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 1.0312 million tons per year.
