There are also 20.199 kilometers of interconnection lines, including 6.498 kilometers of the Kushiro River connecting line and 13.701 kilometers of the Shuangyang connecting line (including 2.01 kilometers using the existing Changtian Highway). SPV is Changchun Zhongjiao Investment Construction Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. (3%), CCCC First Navigation Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd.
