Description | The main line of Jiutai to Shuangyang section is 79.568 km, with a total of 2,190 m/10 of the bridge, 845 m/13 of the middle bridge, 359 m/13 of the small bridge, 104 culverts, 5 interchanges, and 6 separate interchanges. There are 22 overpasses, 46 at the passage, 2 at the management office, 2 at the maintenance work area, 2 at the service area, 2 at the parking area, and 4 at the toll station. There are also 20.199 kilometers of interconnection lines, including 6.498 kilometers of the Kushiro River connecting line and 13.701 kilometers of the Shuangyang connecting line (including 2.01 kilometers using the existing Changtian Highway). SPV is Changchun Zhongjiao Investment Construction Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. (3%), CCCC First Navigation Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (57%) and the state-owned Changchun Traffic Construction Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (40%). Type of concession is BOT with a contract period of 30 years.
