The Jean Monnet Chair. EU Public Administration Integration and Resilience Studies – acronym EU-PAIR is the first chair in the field of public administration EU integration and resilience process for the holder and for UAIC and responds to the European Public Administration Network, EUPAN Strategy, of working together for high quality public administrations and public services in Europe and according with the European Commission policy to set up the Recovery and Resilience Facility for the Member States to support reforms and investments, becoming stronger after the pandemic. The main aim of EU-PAIR is to promote the excellence in teaching and research within EU studies in public administration, to develop the curricula in EU integration and resilience on administrative studies for under and post-graduate students who want to gain knowledge, to reinforce a European dimension on their studies and to generate knowledge which can support for the future the EU policy-making by the professionals, to promote high performance in their professional life, bringing the EU closer to the citizens. The JM Chair will develop teaching and research activities in the EU public administration integration and resilience for fostering the dialogue between the academic world and society, given the opportunity to the students involved to develop knowledge and skills that will make them better professionals. The beneficiaries of the teaching and research activities of the EU-PAIR are at least 300 students each academic year. The results: over 900 of the students (knowledge, active behaviours, skills), academia (research, teaching), professionals (innovation, novelty). The outputs of the project: 5 courses (2 on-going, 3 news), 4 reports on research themes, the site, the new journal EJPAR, participation at 8 national and international scientific events, 3 webinars, 6 workshops, 3 annual international conferences, 4 papers published in IDB, 6 newsletters, 3 conference proceedings volumes.
