Description | The John Tonelli Sports Centre (JTSC) Improvements (the Project) involves upgrades and rehabilitation of aging components of the facility. The Project scope includes: the replacement of 8,000 sqft sport flooring in the facility to provide safer surface for skaters and a positive customer experience; the replacement of 1,500 linear feet of wooden spectator seating with material of better quality and durability; and the removal, regrading, and repaving of the parking lot, including the associated roadways to improve access to facility and to Bronte Meadows park amenities. The Project will result in the improved safety and durability of the infrastructure assets. |
