The proposal builds upon a joint management model tested in the 2018-2020 period. Placed at the National Agency for Active Labour Market Policies (ANPAL) - key player in designing/delivering ALMPs in Italy - our National Contact Points promoted a sound networks management, synergies and added-value. We intend to achieve a double objective: to upgrade our target groups’ capacity to promote/implement EU transparency tools and increase end-users’ access to the learning/mobility opportunities. To this end, the WP consist of: practitioners’ building-capacity; end-users’ information/advice to; enabling system-level actions, joint multi-channel dissemination. Internal coordination will ensure shared governance of WP at Management and NCPs’ level. NCPs will deliver a joint communication strategy aimed at ensuring activities’ widest impact. All actions/products will be branded “SkillON” - NCPs logo - with the aim of making the 3 EU transparency tools clear and recognizable. The EG WP focuses on active participation in the EU EG Network; promoting awareness of EU transparency tools at national level through National Dissemination Network; training packages; support to the communication strategy. The EUP WP focuses on the design/implementation of support measures for the youngsters; a survey to explore the EUP knowledge by companies; a feasibility study on services’ interoperability at national level; support/promotion of EUP Mobility document and Certificate and Diploma Supplements. The EQF WP is linked to national priorities, shared with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies. In focuses on promoting the transparency, accessibility and portability of qualifications/competences in different learning contexts; NQF’s referencing to the EQF; implementation of VNFIL practices; strengthening the EU/national cooperation. Endorsed by the Ministries of Education and Labour, our plan we will be supported by qualified national level partners: Eurodesk Italy and Unioncamere.
