The Appomattox County Board of Supervisors passed a resolution opposing the project due to concerns about harm to the county, land values, and the environment. Valley Link plans to finalize the project path by summer and hold more public meetings, aiming to file with the Virginia State Corporation Committee by fall. If approved, the project could be completed by 2029. |
