Description | The Jupiter project is part of the Brothers project in Western Australia's Mid West and hosts Australia's largest clay-hosted rare earths deposit. It has a JORC 2012 resource of 1.8 billion tonnes at 1700 ppm total rare earth oxides, with a high-grade zone containing 520 million tonnes at 2200 ppm. The project is focused on rare earths critical for technologies such as robotics, electric vehicles, and wind turbines. A scoping study is due in the first half of 2026, with a pre-feasibility study planned for release at the end of 2026. Testwork via a pilot plant shows the ability to produce high-grade mixed rare oxides and recover gallium by-product. A potential final investment decision (FID) could be made as soon as 2029. |
