Justice Building - Storm Water Management Upgrade

Due to the increased frequency of major flooding of the Saint John River, in recent years water has entered the building via the overhead loading door as well as surcharged the existing storm sewer system and caused damage to older terracotta drain tile pipe. The scope of this project involves removal of the overhead loading door, waterproofing of the foundation, and raising an existing door and finished grade above the design flood elevation. Additionally, upgrades to the site drainage system, parking lot re-grading and asphalt restoration will help mitigate future impacts of Saint John River flooding on the Justice Building.
