Description

Description

"The Network of Public Prosecutors or equivalent institutions at the Supreme Judicial Courts of the Member States of the European Union — commonly referred to as the NADAL Group — (hereinafter referred to as ""the Network"") is a high-level judicial cooperation structure founded in 2008 under French law. It brings together the heads of national prosecution services to foster strategic dialogue, strengthen mutual understanding of prosecution systems, and contribute to the implementation of EU criminal justice priorities. This application under the framework partnership call JUST-2025-JCOO-JACC-OG-FPA aims to consolidate the Network’s structure and ensure the long-term sustainability of its activities. The funding will support annual high-level seminars, comparative legal work, and inclusive participation mechanisms — especially for smaller prosecution offices. The Network plays an active role in advancing the rule of law, procedural rights, and mutual recognition across Member States, while also engaging in dialogue with observer institutions from third countries and EU partners such as Eurojust, the EPPO and the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN). The proposed action will strengthen the Network’s operational capacity, democratic governance, and contribute to a more effective and cohesive European Area of Justice. "
