Description | The project entails the construction of a new Water Purification Plant in Kaifeng North District. Total investment stands at 205 million yuans or $ 29.86 million. Kaifeng North District Water Purification Plant is equipped with main pipes and auxiliary sewage The reserved pipes are specifically: the main sewage pipe and the attached sewage reserved pipe at the end of the current sewage pipe network (at the intersection of Tokyo Avenue and Labor Road) to the North District Water Purification Plant. SPV is Kaifeng Kaixin Water Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors CITIC Environmental Technology Investment (China) Co., Ltd. (53%), Sichuan Zhongyu Environmental Governance Co., Ltd. (1%), Henan Province Urban and Rural Planning and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. (1%) and the government company Kaifeng City Development Group Co., Ltd. (45%). Concession type is BOT under BOT type. Financial close took place on January 21, 2020. |
