Kaiima Bio Agritech Ltd. (“Kaiima” or the “Company”) is an Israel-based company that has developed an innovative non-GMO technology platform to breed crops with dramatically improved productivity and resource use efficiencies. Kaiima’s enhanced breeding technologies allow for rapidly breeding plants that have high yield potential and are adapted to specific climate conditions. Kaiima is currently engaged in projects to commercialize key high-impact food and industrial crops. Kaiima has three business lines – (i) high impact food crops, such as wheat, corn, and rice; (ii) industrial crops; and (iii) vegetable seeds including tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. The Company’s proposed investment plan will be used to support the scale-up of its R&D and commercial activities globally, including developing countries such as China, Kazakhstan and Mexico.
