Description | This project involves the construction of two wind farms with capacity of 36 MW and 40.5 MW - total of 76.5MW, both located and part of Kairos wind complex. The total capacity of the whole Kairos wind complex will be 261MW. The complex is located in Ceara state, Brazil. The two special purpose vehicles are Kairos Wind 2 Energia SA and Kairos Wind 6 Energia SA. The project sponsor is 2W Energia from Brazilia. The total amount of the investment is $52.8m (R$275m) and it is provided with a loan from the Banco do Nordeste do Brasil (BNB). The loan has 24 years term with 24 month grace period. The financial close date is August 3rd, 2022.
