Description | Kaiser Road between Northwest Springville and Brugger roads will be closed for construction from June 15 to August 16, 2026, to rebuild a major dip and raise the roadway about four feet. The project includes installation of new sidewalks, ADA-compliant curb ramps, 9-foot buffered bike lanes, a midblock crossing with a flashing beacon and center island, a center turn lane, streetlights, and upgraded storm drainage and water quality facilities. Sidewalks will also be added on the north side of Brugger Road between 158th Avenue and Kaiser Road to improve pedestrian connectivity. |
