Description

Description	Kalyan Infratech Pvt Ltd was created to implement a project to expand to four lanes of Nasik - Nephad - Vaijpur - Aurangabad Road on State Highway (SH) 30 at Km.155/300 to Km.179/000 and to two Lanes with paved side shoulders at Km.235/000 to Km.251/300 including construction of additional ROB at Shilapur in the state of Maharashtra. The section in total had 40 km and was a part of State Highway (SH) 30 that connected western Maharashtra to Mumbai through Aurangabad, Marathwada and Andhra Pradesh. Within Maharashtra it connected Marathwada's industrial centers, sugar factories, holy places and historic places of the region. The project was awarded on BOT basis to Kalyan Infratech Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Keti Construction Ltd, in 2009. The project cost was estimated to be INR1871.3 million (US$40.9 million). Financial close was on 24 Sep 2010. Financing comprised a Rs900m 13year term loan debt Rs971.3m equity. The debt was arranged by IDBI.
