Description | This project will increase capacity to manage wastewater by replacing a section of aging asbestos cement sanitary sewer main with PVC pipe; provide services to the community which are not yet connected to the system and increase capacity to accommodate future growth. The project works include: - Installation of approximately 2 km of sanitary sewer main; - Decommissioning of existing sanitary sewer main’ - Installation of approx.15 new manholes and approx. 90 service connections; - Relocation of other utilities, as required; and, - Backfill, rehabilitation of surface infrastructure and related site works. |
