Description | The nearly $1 billion Kansas City Current Riverfront Development Project aims to revitalize the Riverfront area with a new town square, promenade, more than 450 multi-family units, 48,000 square feet of retail space, up to 12 restaurant concepts, and more than two acres of gathering space. The project is being constructed in phases and is located between CPKC Stadium and the Origin Hotel, bordered by Berkley Riverfront Drive to the north and Berkley Parkway to the south. It will also feature a Riverfront promenade and street parking, enhancing accessibility and appeal, and will connect to downtown Kansas City via a streetcar extension currently under construction. |
