Description | The Kelwood Community Skating Rink project (the Project) consists of phase II of the construction of a new skating rink/multi-use facility in the Municipality of Rosedale. The previous Kelwood Skating Rink collapsed due to snow load in January 2017. The building shell, drywall, and paint for the new building were completed in phase I. The project scope for phase II includes: interior finishes such as plumbing, electrical, heating system, kitchen and washroom fixtures/amenities, flooring; and exterior finished such as landscaping and parking lot resurfacing. |
