Description | Ken Ganley Automotive Group plans to relocate its Cadillac dealership from Cleveland and exotic car dealerships from North Olmsted to a new site at Interstate 77 and Ohio 82 in Broadview Heights. The project includes three buildings: a Cadillac dealership, a building housing Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and Aston Martin dealerships along with a preowned exotic car gallery and service garage, and a body shop and vehicle storage garage. The site covers about 31 1/3 acres and involves parcels purchased from Fleet Team Inc. and a city-owned parcel. Soil testing is underway for construction suitability. The Cadillac dealership is targeted to open by September 2027, and the other facilities by May 2028. |
