The first unit, Brown 12, is expected to be operational in 2030, and the second unit, Mill Creek 6, in 2031. The plan includes installing a selective catalytic reduction facility at Ghent Unit 2 by 2028 to reduce NOx emissions and extending the operation of Mill Creek Unit 2 beyond its planned 2027 retirement until 2031. The request for battery storage at Cane Run was withdrawn but may be filed separately in the future. |
