Kenya - Institutional Support for Tax Modernization Program - II

In general, the second and final phase of the Tax Modernization Programme aims at ensuring the sustainability of the new systems designed and implemented. Accordingly, training, the up-grading of training schools and the development of thee organizational structures of the revenue departments will be the key elements of the programme. At the same time some new policy areas will be reviwed and developed and some remaining administrative functions strengthened.
