The project is part of the Affordable Housing Programme and includes bedsitters, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The contractor, China Railway No. 10 Engineering Group, also injected an additional Sh346.7 million into the project. The project is backed by a government-supported standby letter of credit and has been rated A+ by GCR Ratings with a stable outlook. |
