Transit-Oriented Development along Commuter Rail This component will (a) promote the application of Transit-oriented Development (TOD) around the selected commuter rail stations, (b) enhance access to stations, and (c) provide capacity building on related aspectsComponent 3. Institutional Strengthening for Urban Mobility Solutions This component will support sector reform in urban transport in order to transform the urban transport landscape and establish an enabling environment.
