Keswick Ridge School - Ventilation Upgrades

Project includes the installation of classroom ventilation units in Keswick Ridge School. The school includes 11 classrooms in the original 1950’s construction which are naturally ventilated through exterior windows. Proposed project includes the installation of air handling units equipped with energy recovery and electric heat to precondition outdoor air and deliver to the spaces. Total air volume delivered to the classrooms will encourage removal of airborne contaminants. A building automation system will be included in the project to provide centralized control and scheduling, improving energy efficiency. All work will be undertaken within the footprint of the existing school.
