KGHM Eastside-Tango Copper Project

The Eastside-Tango copper project is a porphyry copper-molybdenum exploration target located in western Nevada, approximately 200 kilometres southeast of Reno. The project was formed by combining Great Western Mining's Eastside mine claims and Bronco Creek Exploration's adjoining Tango claims. KGHM Polska Miedź, through its subsidiary RHUSA, has secured an option to earn up to 100% ownership of the project through a minimum $5 million exploration commitment over six years, plus execution and annual option payments totaling $650,000, and milestone payments linked to resource estimates, a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), and a feasibility study. Great Western retains a 0.6% Net Smelter Return royalty as part of a combined 2% NSR held collectively by the project parties.
