The Karnataka Housing Board expects to earn about ₹1,252 crore in revenue from the project. The State Cabinet approved providing developed bulk land to landowners under a 50:50 ratio for joint development. The project involves acquisition of 95.13 acres in Chikkajala and Meenukunte villages. |
