The project was reported as having obtained a PPA by the NEA, but corporate website claims commissioning in December 2006. The sponsor has a good website, but was partly down November 2012. No financial information was available. Total cost was reported as Nrs. 560 million (US$6.5 million). Finanicial closure date was ESTIMATED at January 2005. Financing was provided by a consortium of five banks, led by Nepal Investment Bank Ltd.
