Khuti Kun Wind Farm is 49.5MW facility run by Tenaga Generasi Limited. The project is located about 30km southwest of Gharo town in the Thatta district of Singh Provence, Pakistan. Tenaga Generasi Limited is a wholly owned by Dawood Lawrencepur Limited a subsidiary of Dawood Group. Tenaga Generasi has signed license agreement with the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Government of Pakistan). The agreement is for a 20yr DBFMO. PPA has yet to be signed. The wind farm is expected to produce 156GWh of electricity annually. Khuti Kun Wind Farm is expected cost $117m USD, of which $29m USD is expected to be financed by equity and $88m USD is expected to be financed by debt. The $29m USD in equity will be provided by Dawood Lawrencepur Limited. Debt financing will be provided by the IFC ($22m USD), Overseas Private Investment Corporation ($44m USD), Habib Bank ($11m USD), and Soneri Bank ($11m USD). Tenaga Generasi Limited reached Financial Closure in March, 2015.
