Description | The Kilbourne graphite demonstration facility is a fully permitted plant located within Titan Mining's Empire State Mine infrastructure in Gouverneur, New York. It has a capacity of 1,200 tonnes per year of graphite concentrate and is in start-up operations to enable qualification runs and offtake discussions, advancing towards commercial scale-up. The project aims to eventually reach a production capacity of 40,000 tonnes per annum of graphite concentrate, potentially supplying nearly half of the current U.S. natural graphite demand. |
