Description | Killington Forward is a multi-year, multi-million-dollar public-private development partnership aimed at transforming the Snowshed and Ramshead base areas, Killington Road, and the entire resort community of Vermont's largest ski area. The project includes municipal water infrastructure development, road reconstruction with enhancements, workforce housing creation, and the development of the 1,500-unit Six Peaks village. The project is funded through a $47 million bond approved by Killington voters and utilizes a tax increment financing (TIF) district to pay for infrastructure costs. |
