Description | The proposed project will construct a new wastewater treatment plant in Kimberley to replace the aging sewage lagoon facility that is beyond the end of its anticipated lifetime and located within a flood prone area. The new plant will provide better treatment, redundancy and advanced odour control. The project works include: - new wastewater treatment plant with odour control works; - approximately 2 lift stations; - approximately 400 m of raw sewage pipeline; - outfall diffuser; and, - related mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and civil work and equipment. |
