The 67-key luxury lifestyle hotel is scheduled to open in Q4 2026, located approximately 7 km from Marrakesh–Menara Airport and about a 20-minute drive south of the Medina and Hivernage district. The hotel will feature 67 rooms, a lobby lounge, all-day dining venues, a spa, fitness centre, swimming pools, and a rooftop restaurant designed as a social hub with a strong food and beverage focus. The project aims to expand IHG’s luxury and lifestyle footprint in Morocco and cater to growing demand for boutique, experience-driven accommodation in Marrakech. |
