Description | Kinetik Holdings is undertaking a sour gas conversion project at the Kings Landing Complex in New Mexico. The project involves handling elevated H2S and CO2 levels across three Delaware North processing complexes, increasing total operational total acid gas (TAG) capacity to 26.5 million cubic feet per day and permitted capacity over 31 million cubic feet per day. Construction is underway with all long lead materials ordered, and the first acid gas injection well is planned to be spudded in summer 2026. The project is on track for in-service by year-end 2026 and is expected to enhance the long-term value of the New Mexico business. |
