Description | Kinjal Corporation is acquiring interests in four natural gas fields in Mexico, anchored by a gas complex in the northern Burgos basin, with development and exploration upside. The project includes acquisition of the Misión Field, farm-in agreements for CS.06 and A10.CS blocks, and a 57.37% interest in Tonalli Energía. The project aims to increase production from 5,000 to 14,000 BOEPD, supported by a C$37 million brokered financing and a US$30 million debt facility. The reverse takeover of International Frontier Resources Corporation (IFR) by Kinjal is planned, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. |
