This infrastructure upgrade will provide new sanitary sewer main to twenty existing houses, three triplexes, and six duplexes. The new sanitary sewer main will consist of 800 m of new 8" main, and 12 new 1050 mm manholes, with all new services into the property line of the houses. This section of the project is part of the original structure build in the 1960’s and the community has been experiencing flow issues and blockages. The project will also provide a much needed upgrade to our storm water system that has been causing serious ice issues, as well as shoulder wash outs for many years. This upgrade to our system wil consist of 650 m of new 750 mm storm main and 50 m of 600 mm storm main with eight new 1500 mm catch base and numerous sluice boxes to pick up low areas on the properties.
