Description | The project entails the extension (Unit 2) of Kizildere III Geothermal power plant in West Anatolia. The first phase of the facility generates 100 MW and the second one additional 65 MW for a total output of 165 MW. The project company implementing the project is Zorlu Natural Electricity Generation Inc., part of Zorlu Holding. The project company closed nearly $190 million if debt financing with four lenders, namely Isbank ($34 mn), Akbank ($54 mn), EBRD ($85 mn) and TSKB ($16 mn).
