Borrower is Klongluang Utilities. Sponsor is EGCO. Legal advisers are Clifford Chance and Baker & McKenzie. Kasikornbank is the financial adviser. Financing comprises a THB4.4bn 22-year-2-month term loan, a THB250m 23-year revolver and a THB710m guarantee facility. MLAs are Mizuho, SMBC, Kasikornbank and Bank of Ayudhya. Financial close occurred on 26 November 2015. |
