Description	The project will construct a two-story, approximately 6,500 square foot Community Wellbeing Centre building adjacent to the K’omoks First Nation administration office. The building will include a commercial kitchen, language rooms and other programming areas. The project is designed in response to a need identified during treaty negotiations for a dedicated community wellness services building in Comox IR#1. The project will create a space so that K’omoks can tailor services to fit the unique needs of the community.
