The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the governments of Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) by strengthening their knowledge management capacity to improve the performance of public institutions under a context of economic recovery and growth. In particular, this TC will support institutions of Mexico, Bolivia and Colombia in improving efficiency in public management by: (i) identifying the main gaps in prioritized processes and/or procedures that affect efficiency of public investments management and provision of services, especially to vulnerable populations; (ii) the development of solutions based on the exchange of public-private knowledge to streamline these processes and/or procedures; and (iii) the documentation and evaluation of successful cases.
