Description	The Kochi Green Hydrogen Hub in Kerala aims to become a leading producer and exporter of green hydrogen and ammonia, targeting 100% green hydrogen/ammonia consumption by 2040. The project requires about 1 GW of electrolysers, 5 GW of renewable energy, grid infrastructure, storage, and 27 km of pipelines, with a total investment of Rs 185.42 billion to be implemented in three phases. It plans to establish an export-oriented unit and create around 3,600 jobs, reducing 0.49 million tonnes of CO2e emissions.
