Description

Description

The project Kontaktlo(o)s Laden aims to develop and demonstrate innovative products and services around inductive charging systems for electric vehicles. In the project, 13 companies, supported by 3 governments, work on the development of various demonstrators with different capacities. This project focuses on the development of inductive charging for a system for capacities up to 30 kw and a system for capacities up to 3 kw. The system for capacities up to 30kW is being tested in a pilot for autonomous transport at the Ommelander Hospital Groningen (OZG) in Scheemda. The system for capacities up to 3 kW is combined with a smart monitoring and tracking system. The implementation aimed at the eBike is built into a bicycle parking facility and tested during (cross-border) bicycle events in Drenthe and Emsland. The system that is part of scooter sharing and the Drymer will be tested at the Emsland Moormuseum. The project contributes, with its approach, to the acceptance of electric transport. Participating companies see the development of products as an opportunity for the future. The application of contactless charging with autonomous vehicles is innovative. The application in bicycle and scooter sharing-systems is - as far as we know - unique. Conductive charging makes new revenue models possible for companies. The participating companies therefore see opportunities for future sales in this project. The project potentially contributes to more employment in the region and - indirectly - to better public transport and a lower environmental impact. The project with a duration of 32 months has a budget of € 2,199,640. € 876,781 of which will be paid by the 16 partners.
