Kookmin University and London-based design firm PriestmanGoode have launched a one-year industry-academia collaboration project focused on mobility design. The project aims to develop user-centered mobility solutions to address urban expansion and traffic congestion challenges in Seoul, aligned with the city's 2050 Seoul Grand Plan. The collaboration includes research on user travel experiences, public transportation, shared mobility, and designing new mobility devices and infrastructure. The project outcomes are intended to be expanded into a flexible model applicable to other major global cities.
