Description | The Kotputli-Kishangarh six-lane Greenfield Expressway is an ambitious infrastructure project by the Rajasthan government aimed at improving connectivity and boosting economic growth. The 181-kilometer expressway will connect Kishangarh to Kotputli, reducing travel time from 5 hours to just 2 hours. It will start at NH-48 and NH-448 in Kishangarh and end at Paniyala (NH-148B) in Kotputli, passing through the Gavadi area of Neem Ka Thana. The road will be 100 meters wide and 15 feet high, facilitating better connectivity and easier access for devotees to Khatu Shyam Ji temple. The project involves acquiring approximately 1,679 hectares of land and will pass through five districts: Kotputli, Makrana, Nawa, Rupangarh, and Kuchaman City. It is part of a larger plan to develop nine greenfield expressways in Rajasthan to enhance transportation and economic activity. |
