The WP 2 will organize the (A2.2) training of the future team (14 professionals) of Koutcha center, based on guidelines (6 languages) and welcoming guide for children (9 languages) inspired by the experience of Esperanto Center (Belgium). This transfer of expertise will allow the team to (A2.3) elaborate the Koutcha center’s project and prepare for first arrivals of (8) children. (A2.4) Support visits (3) of Belgium professionals will provide mentorship (3 reports) to the French team. The newly established Koutcha center will be connected to its institutional environment thanks to (A2.5) meetings with stakeholders (25).
