Description	Koyuncu Group has started developing 18 unlicensed solar with an aggregate capacity of 18.6 MW. Juwi Yenilenebilir Enerji ("Project company") will implement the project. Projects are expected to be commissioned by the end of 2016. The high cost of Turkish licences pushed developers to operate under the unlicensed scheme.
