The loan proceeds of Tranche 1 (EUR 15 million) will be used for: 1) decommissioning of old coal boilers from the district heating ("DH") system in the city of Kragujevac (the "City"), 2) installation of new natural gas based hot water boilers, with a total capacity of 110MW, and 3) project supervision. The loan proceeds of Tranche 2 (EUR 3 million) will be used for: i) rehabilitation of the ash disposal site, and ii) related procurement and implementation support, and works supervision. |
