Description | MahaMetro plans to develop an international-standard amusement theme park along with a commercial complex under the public-private partnership (PPP) model at the site of the former Krazy Castle Aqua Park near Ambazari Lake. The project will cover over 5.3 acres of land adjacent to Dharampeth College Metro Station, offering direct connectivity through the Metro network. It includes a nearly 5-acre theme park with a Global Village-style concept featuring replicas of iconic global landmarks, and a smaller commercial parcel of about 1,752 sqm for revenue-generating facilities. The private partner will handle design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance with a concession period up to 2051. |
