Description | This project entails the construction of the first wind farm in Serbia, which is located 120 kilometers southeast of Belgrade and covers 56 km² in the territory of the municipality of Golubac. It has a capacity of 105.6 MW and is planned to produce 310 GWh of electricity annually. The produced electricity is planned to be sold under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The investment stands at $168.85, provided by Raiffeisen Banking Group, NLB Bank, Erste Bank and Development Bank of Austria with $42.21 million contribution each. Dentons and Zavisin, Semiz & Partneri join the deal as lender's legal advisers. Sponsors of the project are MK Group and the Slovenian ALFI Green Energy Fund.
