The city is planning to build four by-passes with the PPP model:Southern Bypass* Building permit is scheduled for the first half of 2013.Parameters:* Length - 3.1 km,* Carriageway road* Five intersections, two roundabouts and a bridge.* Estimated value: 14 million euros.Eastern Bypass* Building permit is scheduled for late 2013Parameters:* Length - 4.5 km,* Carriageway road* 6 crossings, one roundabout and two bridges.* Estimated value: 21 million.Northern Bypass* Building permit is scheduled for the end of 2014.Parameters:* Length of 3.5 km and the reconstruction of existing road over a distance of about 1.5 km.* Carriageway road*11 intersections and a bridge.* Estimated value: 5.5 million.Western Bypass* Building permit - half of 2014.Parameters:* Length - 5.2 km,* Carriageway road* 7 intersections* Estimated value: 6.5 million.
