Ksi Lisims LNG Export Terminal

planned

The Ksi Lisims LNG project is a proposed liquefied natural gas export terminal on Canada's Pacific coast. The project aims to supply LNG to European buyers by shipping through the Panama Canal as part of a strategy to diversify supply sources. The project is backed by Houston-based Western LNG, a consortium of Canadian natural gas producers called Rockies LNG, and the Nisga'a First Nation, who own the land for the project. It has been referred to Canada's major projects office for fast-tracking and is expected to enter construction after final investment decisions.
